Whether you’re tired of cooking three meals a day or just ready to make eating healthy a priority for everyone in your household, Real Housewives of Orange County Shannon Beador is providing delicious inspiration.
The reality star’s ready-to-eat meals, Real for Real Cuisine, can be found on QVC, and anyone who’s watched the single mom’s journey with health and diet will understand why she decided to get into the food biz.
A very public divorce from ex David Beador saw the Bravo star go through a rollercoaster weight gain and loss. But once they officially split in 2019, she realized it was worth helping others eat healthy—especially busy single moms like herself.
Real for Real Cuisine is inspired by all the time she spent thinking about her weight, and ultimately her ability to find a balance in her life. And with the help of her beau John Janssen, she also recently launched a multi-functional supplement called Lemon-aid.
