“Where are all the big girls? That’s what I wanna know,” says Lizzo in the above promo. The popular artist is searching for dancers and models who are “Good as Hell” for an untitled reality TV series at Amazon Studios.
“I BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ONE!” Lizzo, the executive producer and developer of the Amazon series, wrote on Instagram on Friday. “Are you a full-figured dancer or model? Have you felt underrepresented and under appreciated? THEN I’M LOOKIN FOR YOU! It’s time to find my dream team of beautifully talented big grrrls and @amazonstudios is helping ya grrrl on this journey!”
“Here’s your chance to twerk it out on world stages and stomp it out on the runway for the adventure of a lifetime,” states the casting call. “Come as you are and be sure to bring good energy — and that a**.”
The show is casting now so head to BigGrrrls.com to apply says the popular artist.
And according to the show description, “only the most talented dancers and models will have what it takes to twerk it out on tour and stomp it out on the runway.”
The “Truth Hurts” and “Because I Love You” singer has signed on to develop a first unscripted series for Amazon after her first look deal with the streamer was finalized back in August 2020. The show will follow Lizzo on her continued search for talented curvaceous women to join her entourage and perform with her on stage.
Amazon will also produce the series alongside the Grammy-winning artist who appeared alongside Jennifer Lopez and Constance Wu in Hustlers on the big screen.
